At MASIA, we are dedicated to providing efficient and reliable shipping options to ensure your order arrives promptly and safely. We currently offer both domestic and international shipping with our trusted partners, CTT Express and DHL GoGreen.

Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

Domestic Shipping (Portugal)

For orders within Portugal, we offer delivery through CTT Express.

  • Delivery Time: 24-48 hours after processing
  • Shipping Options & Rates:
    • Home Delivery: Starting from 3,90€
    • CTT Pickup Points: Available from 3,25€

Rates are based on weight and delivery location. Final shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (Madeira & Açores)

For orders within Madeira & Açores, we offer delivery through CTT Express.

  • Delivery Time: 48-72 hours after processing
  • Shipping Options & Rates:
    • Home Delivery: Starting from 6,90€
    • CTT Pickup Points: Available from 6,25€

Rates are based on weight and delivery location. Final shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.

Iberic Shipping (España)

  • Delivery Time: 48-72 hours after processing
  • Shipping Options & Rates:
    • Home Delivery: Starting from 4,70€
    • CTT Pickup Points: Available from 4,05€

International Shipping (Europe)

We offer international shipping to various European countries via CTT Express and DHL.

CTT Express:

  • Delivery Time: 4-7 business days 
  • Shipping Rates: Starting from 17,50€

 

DHL (GO GREEN PLUS - CARBON REDUCED)

We are proud to offer DHL GoGreen Plus as a shipping option, allowing you to reduce your carbon footprint with climate-neutral deliveries.

  • Delivery Time: 1-2 business days 
  • Shipping Rates: Starting from 23,50€ 

 

For heavier items, additional fees will apply based on total weight. Final rates will be shown at checkout.

Important Information

  • Additional Charges: Orders exceeding 30 kg will incur an additional charge per kg.
  • Customs & Duties: For international orders, any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Remote Area Surcharge: Some locations may incur a remote area surcharge. This will be calculated and displayed at checkout if applicable.
